今早出納窗口有兩位台銀同事,慢到不行,首先沒有按照叫號導致插隊,好不容易處理好插隊不知道是業務不熟悉或是什麼情況,外場台銀的資深同事都過來窗口催三次說後面都塞車了!! 好不容易經過20多分鐘終於輪到第二位排隊的民眾,有ㄧ袋五十元硬幣要清點,這出納設有機器應該是很快的業務,但這兩位窗口同仁的動作⋯好像在做分解動作的慢動作表演吧~雖然還有5個號碼就輪到自己領取到的5031號,但耐不住就選擇離開,寧願下午再到要出差新竹市政府附設的台灣銀行辦理。

一開始看一顆星不少還很擔心,但舊美元及另外5、6種錢其他銀行不收只好到台銀換換看,上星期五當天雖然人多等了一下,服務人員(記得應該是二樓上去右手邊的櫃台?!)還滿親切、效率地處理完成,費用及匯率說明也都很清楚。? 補充:昨天早上把上次沒帶到的舊美鈔拿來,不知是否早上的關係,叫號沒等待,處理速度也很快。

Right around the block from my place, love the convenience, but really why this place is so awesome is because of the amazing service and people who work there.English service counter 2nd FL recommended. I was very impressed yesterday.A local bank with a global feel.
