★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一早要去結購外匯存在家人的戶頭，整個外匯部沒有客戶，卻還是要抽號碼牌才可以服務，推託半天又要家人的委託書才能存到該帳號，奇怪，個人搞外匯已經快十幾年，第一次被要委託書，遇到這樣懶散的櫃員，寧願跟同事上班時間聊天打屁，卻不願作正事。
In the morning, I have to go to the foreign exchange to have a family account. The entire foreign exchange department has no customers, but I still have to pick up the number plate to serve. I have to ask the family’s power of attorney for half a day to deposit the account. Oddly, the foreign exchange is almost a dozen. In the year, the first time I was asked for a power of attorney, I encountered such a lazy teller. I would rather chat with my colleagues during work, but I would not do business.

還說寄掛號信沒有辦法附帳號…
行員的邏輯很微妙，還是換別間吧

Important documents were sent by ordinary mail.
Call to let you know when payment is over...
Also said that there is no way to send registered mail with an account number...
