排隊同時.沒有人告知說明兌換細項
只有告示牌說
1.大量硬幣存款跟外幣兌換
2.兌換新鈔
樓下保全我問他.兌換新鈔是樓上嗎？
他說對～到樓上就沒保全可詢問！
我排了30分鐘.到窗口才跟說我排錯地方了
2.號兑新鈔沒錯呀！
我又沒要存入銅板！
搞什麼！不爽！
