今天早上處理我案子的銀行經理超沒有禮貌, 遞東西給我簽的時候一隻手抓住紙張的上角,好像很焦急要督促我簽快一點,好我就放手給你搶過去?‍♂️ 後來對我居留證期限有疑問,我就跟她解釋情況,她就很不耐煩的說,「這有什麼關係嗎?」 我傻眼,這根本不是對客戶的態度好嗎? 至少處理帳戶的李先生還有外匯的林先生態度尚好,服務周到,這樣我才沒有把存款都挪出來搬到別家

At least Mr. Li, who handles the account, and Mr. Lin, who handles foreign exchange, have a good attitude and good service, so I didn’t move all the deposits to another house.

這間分行的行員電話聯絡確認某件待辦事項,我問了需準備什麼文件,然後事先去戶政辦了。結果到了銀行以後當場被告知還缺三種文件,又要去一趟戶政。我在這間分行的經驗就是行員對於浪費客戶的時間非常專業。 另外還有一次也是行員主動聯絡我有事項要辦,我回問需要什麼文件,行員居然說我查一下再回電(那請問妳一開始打這通電話是打心酸的?)
The clerk of this branch called to confirm a to-do item. I asked what documents to prepare, and then went to the household registration office in advance. After arriving at the bank, I was told on the spot that there were still three kinds of documents missing, and I had to go to the household registration. My experience in this branch is that the staff are very professional in wasting customers' time. Another time, the clerk took the initiative to contact me and had something to do. I asked what documents were needed, and the clerk actually said that I would check it and then call back (then, may I be sad at the beginning of this call?)

換錢櫃台超慢的,完全就是能脫盡量拖慢慢的心態 就算排隊超長也照樣慢慢來,比起其他銀行真的要改進

換零錢速度超級慢,排了快一個小時,輪到時才說有限數量,重點是在排隊的時候完全沒有標示!!臨櫃人員只回了我們一直都只能換這個數量!明明以前就可以換,現在卻不行?那我幹嘛乾等?明明地上還有一堆零錢也不肯換給我!

I’ve been here twice and at neither times was it crowded like other banks are. I was seen very quickly. They have some rules that I think are strange and somewhat archaic (having to go back to your original branch to make an address amendment to the account, I ended up choosing to just close the account and open a new one at this branch that day). The person who helped me open the account, Lee Bing-yan, was very helpful and informative.
