★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 警衛完全不引導，授信的行員態度很差。抽了號碼牌到了櫃檯，櫃檯人員客氣地才告訴我這個業務要去二樓辦，二樓遇到兩個態度都差。明明就很閒在那邊聊天，難道是我打斷他們聊天，所以不爽嗎？
The guards did not guide at all, and the attitude of the staff who granted the credit was very poor. I drew the number plate and arrived at the counter. The staff at the counter told me politely that I had to go to the second floor to do this business. I encountered two poor attitudes on the second floor. Obviously, I was chatting there very freely. 等一個多小時就算了，每間銀行都要等。
但這間台灣銀行不一樣，員工比客人沒耐心！
現在流行嗆聲完轉頭走人耶！邊講話邊玩脖子上的吊牌，嗆聲完還不等你回，轉頭走人耶！
台灣銀行的員工訓練真是一流！主管很厲害！
I don't even know that the staff are so cool now, and they will be choked if the information does not meet the regulations!
Even if you wait more than an hour, every bank has to wait.
But this Taiwanese bank is different, the staff are impatient than the customers!
Now it's popular to turn around and leave after choking! While talking, you play with the tag around your neck, and you turn around and leave before you finish choking!
Staff training at Bank of Taiwan is really top notch! The supervisor is great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 利用中午吃飯時間來開戶，我坐上服務台後，別的行員插過來，請服務我的行員先幫他弄其他客戶的東西，連問都沒有先詢問我，就直接開始幫其他人服務，耽誤了20分鐘，我說40分鐘後還要上班，能不能請他快點。
行員居然說：「那可不可以請你其他時間再來？開戶要一個小時。」
你浪費我的時間，然後還給我一臉「你時間不夠，是你的問題。」
結果還不是30分鐘就可以辦完。

更可惡的是 諾大嶄新的銀行 空蕩的服務人員 真的人多的授信又都無所事事 講話聊天
連基本的寫作台 均沒有原子筆 不知設置裝潢的主管腦袋都糊掉了
看見的都是年輕櫃員臉孔 可能主管仍是老派承襲
雖然大肆裝潢 仍感受不到年輕朝氣洋溢 只有感覺財大氣粗的裝潢
看到內部人員都很鬆散 可能剛好非發薪日或業務繁忙時
