The customer service attitude and professionalism need to be improved. I will call and ask if I am not sure. The customer service replies as if I should know what to prepare myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing staff here. You really feel the Taiwanese hospitality that this island is known for. There were two people on the floor assisting customers even before they made it to the counter. They spoke a little bit of English (though foreigners who live here should speak enough Mandarin to conduct their own banking affairs) and it was especially touching to see how the staff assisted the elderly. This was my second time here and the staff are always so kind.
