我是貴銀行老客戶 以前收匯款都沒問題,10/18二筆收入匯款被貴銀行以名字不同為由,進而卡住。 到貴行詢問,告知要名字及印鑑需與身分證上的筆劃及部首一模一樣,要求我辦理變更後,才能做相關銀行作業! 在此衍生出一堆問題: 1.為何老客戶也要被迫做變更? 2.我無法立即收到二筆匯款,相關損失,貴行如何處理? 3.貴行如此變更作業需要二天的時間,如何讓客戶滿意? 4.在被迫辦理相關變更手續之費用,貴行如何處理? 5.貴行沒有做相關SOP,讓行員不知道如何作業,客戶在貴行浪費了那麼多時間,貴行如何處理? 且這種問題涉及全台所有公司行號及個人,不知道貴行是先通知或是等到公司行號及個人需求時,再來跳腳到貴行辦理受一肚子氣?

How does your bank deal with the costs of being forced to go through the relevant change procedures? 5. Your bank did not do the relevant SOPs, so that the staff did not know how to do the work, and the customer wasted so much time in your bank, how did your bank deal with it? And this kind of problem involves all company numbers and individuals in Taiwan. I don’t know whether your bank will notify or wait for the company number and personal needs before you jump to your bank to handle it.

實在不知道電話詢問個東西,行員(男性)態度是在差什麼的,好好的講話詢問,因為不了解貴行的規定與規則,真的讓人感受差到極致,正常民眾也不會了解內部資訊,家人有待過金控公司,他都說沒遇過這種服務態度的!
