只看到他們晃來晃去、摸來摸去，動作超級慢，完全無法理解為何換鈔、換硬幣需要那麼久的時間。

並且問題很多，我們做生意的，客人拿破損的鈔票 零錢 或是客人自己捆綁有膠的紙鈔或錢幣來，我們可以不收嗎？我記得法令也規定有過不能不收，竟然要我們處理後再拿去，請問臺灣銀行不能換受損、污漬的錢這件事，我們要去哪裡換？已經不是遇到一次了。
The cashier who changed money was very slow, and there were no three people in one hour, and often no one was in front of the counter but no one called.
And there are many problems. When we do business, customers bring broken banknotes and change, or customers themselves bundled banknotes or coins with glue, can we not accept them? I remember that the law also stipulates that there is a need to accept it, and it even asks us to deal with it before taking it. May I ask the Taiwan bank that cannot exchange damaged or stained money, where should we exchange it? It has not been encountered once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a bank here in Taiwan. It's ok. You can open accounts here, but they don't speak English too much. They will accept foreign checks (usually ) such as US government checks after they've gotten a ton of information on you to verify who you are. Keep all of your 1 and 5 NT coins and once a year bring them in to exchange them here. You don't need to roll them here.
