農曆年前換鈔期間路過,看到以前土城分行的副理,晦氣,又不欠保全,叫號機也沒壞,不知道這種人滿為患的時候,他站在大廳除了礙眼擋路佔空間有什麼用途。 最近因為疫情的關係進銀行要測額溫,完全不知道那個負責測量不知道是保全還是職員的是在屌什麼,什麼話也不說就直接拿著額溫槍對著人,只能說臺灣人真的是被馴化得很成功,這種派頭在民營銀行還不被罵翻。

1.分行銀行員多半是認真,服務態度相當不錯的。 2.少數一兩位銀行員真的看起來比較不和藹些,但做事也OK不礙事。 3.跟分行往來多年,原本一些手腳俐落、態度很棒的行員可能都升遷了,所以換了一批新面孔,包括警衛,原本一個胖胖高高的警衛人很好,看到現場人多都會協調櫃台排隊,或開一個快速櫃台,但換了警衛以後,感受真的差很多,沒有以前那麼好的感覺,但警衛畢竟也只是警衛,他沒做這些協調的事情也是應該的,應該是分行裡面要有眼色好的人來看現場狀況,做櫃台事情安排的調整。 4.銀行有些尖峰時間,或是中午午休人力少的時間,或是趕三點半打烊的時候,或是周一或是周五,平常離峰時間沒那麼多人,要有好的品質就是自己找離峰時間辦事,分行大客戶多,大家都擠在同一時間就是會耗很多時間等,除非就是大家多利用自動櫃員機,或網路銀行等等。 5.懷念以前那些我熟悉態度親切,跟動作迅速的櫃檯人員,但人員輪調實在太快了,也不知道他們輪調到哪些單位了,現在櫃台動作感覺做事效率確實不如以前快,但客戶也干涉不了那麼多人員的事,畢竟也是長期配合的銀行,雖不盡滿意只能自己去習慣了。 6.台銀數位化手機與網銀的便利程度應該參考台新跟國泰世華多多加強。 7.此分行最令人喜愛的優點,就是ATM領出的錢,90-100%都是新鈔,很少會缺百元鈔。

Although I am not satisfied, I can only get used to it. 6. The convenience of Taiwan Bank's digital mobile phone and online banking should be enhanced with reference to Taishin and Cathay Pacific. 7. The most beloved advantage of this branch is that 90-100% of the money withdrawn by ATM is new banknotes, and there is rarely a shortage of 100-yuan banknotes.

等開戶等了快兩個小時(只有一個櫃員、櫃員動作超慢),要不是工作薪資指定要綁台灣銀行,真的很不想在這邊開戶…
