★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 效率非常差!也沒有引導人員,服務台還兼開戶,很多老人家不知道要抽號碼牌,到服務台詢問更拖慢辦事效率,只能說建議快15:30在壓線進來,這樣裡面的人員為了趕下班,平時要1小時的業務10分鐘就幫你辦好!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 爛透了,效率差,等了2個小時,結果不讓人開戶,用各種理由說不行,懷疑是已經到了下班時間。
看到老人家不會用電腦,硬是把他晾在那裡快20分鐘,光接待他就至少50分鐘,這段時間完全沒辦法接待下一位,剩一個櫃台,另外一個櫃檯服務效率也奇差,我等2小時時間,只看到接待2還是3位。
如果沒有急用,建議不要來這家

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天要零錢換百鈔。一進去就有人引導。 排了快半小時的隊。那裡有兩個櫃。一個零錢換鈔。一個大鈔換零鈔。我看排隊的人都是按照順序。要換什麼的就會先站在櫃前等。行員也都知道誰先來就先處理誰。 剛好輪到我的時候行員先離開一下。我前面兩個站在大鈔換零鈔前。我就先站在零錢換鈔櫃前。 結果行員ㄧ回來就說我插隊。叫我排隊。連原本排我後面的聽到後紛紛說我插隊? 我從頭到尾都排隊結果因為行員自己搞不清楚脫口說我插隊。連其他人也跟著說。 當下我有解釋但是沒用。連排我後面的人也說我插隊。我真的覺得自己被侮辱了。為了要快。大家等睜眼說瞎話。後來我有打電話去講。陳敘了事情經過。也說調監視器。實連制也都有時間。我並沒有插隊。雖然對方也有道歉。 但是我還是覺得非常受傷。生平第一次在大庭廣眾下被刻意指指點點
