★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 領個貨幣TMD排了20分鐘,還說設專門櫃檯,專門櫃檯抽開戶號是在幹嘛?一個開戶塞住後面所以領貨幣的人!沒規劃沒秩序的銀行,行員還要前後排隊的人自己確認前後位置以免被插隊!莫名奇妙!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 下午1點50分到出納櫃檯換銅板,拿了兩袋一塊的銅板去,行員一看就不想處理,一直說你要等很久很久很久,後來好不容易到我了,還跟後面的人說他有非常多的銅板你們去隔壁銀行換,嘴裡還一直碎碎念處理完就3:30了,其它銀行也可以換呀,結果實際上10分鐘就好了,真不懂這麼不願意接受換銅板乾脆就把這項業務給關了不就好了

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我今天早上10點帶我95歲的母親去台灣銀行內湖分行補辦存摺(passbook) 和領錢。到達銀行時外面已經大排長龍,我詢問年紀這麼大的母親是否也需要排隊,在門口協助顧客取號碼的倪先生立刻給了母親一張號碼牌,並幫她老人家協調了一個座位等候。等了約20分鐘母親急需上洗手間,倪先生立刻帶領我們到隔壁大樓的洗手間。我們回到銀行,我們的號碼已經過了,倪先生又協調我們看下一個available 的行員王雪軒小姐。王小姐非常專業,耐心又仔細,在她的幫助下母親得到了一本補發的存摺,她的焦慮不安頓時消失了。離開時倪先生又扶著母親走下幾個階梯,我們帶著滿心的感激,歡歡喜喜地回家!倪先生態度溫和,非常有耐心,我們非常的幸運碰到了他,台灣銀行更幸運有這樣一個認真負責專業的員工。
