來臺銀繳市政府公庫費用,站入口處的主管鄭佳容口氣態度眼神超級差!我們不是每天都在跑臺銀,從北區來到府前路就為了繳在別間銀行不收的公庫繳費單。以前繳公庫費用要抽號碼牌,抽了之後等超過半小時以上終於輪到我,櫃臺又說不用抽號碼牌,直接去26-28櫃臺排隊繳費即可。 今天過來繳費,最好我知道什麼時候改拿人工叫號號碼牌啦! 只是問一下,到底在跩什麼主管大牌架勢啊!白眼翻到天邊去!還直接回我說過年前後就改這樣了啊!我就上個月剛來繳也是排隊,話可以好好說,口氣眼神代表一個人的品性和家教修養。 身為主管還站在入口處,連阿伯多詢問一句也沒耐性。話都還沒講完就叫阿伯去幾號櫃臺問就好! 這樣的人當主管,真替底下員工擔心!對待客戶就這種態度了,不難想像對底下員工會有多大官威? PS:重點是還把掛在胸前的員工識別證名牌用紙張整個擋住,所以應該也不是第一次對客人口氣態度眼神差了,怕被客訴就把名字遮起來!這樣更是作賊心虛要不得???

For foreign transaction sucked. So slow and the stuff is so incompetent. There's only 4 ppls infront of me but I'm been waiting for 1 hour but the first customer havn't finished her transaction yet. There is no number so you have to aware the sequence by yourself. This is my first and definitely my last time here.
