★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 好多年沒進台灣銀行辦事，看評價不好，以為要很久；
結果今天8/16早上去了人不多，覺得服務一樣挺好的，幫我辦理的女行員很親切、很有耐心，還會仔細提醒，辦理速度也挺快的；
對於很久沒在銀行辦事的人來說，也沒有什麼不好或不適應的感覺；
還有，態度是互相的，互相尊重很重要；
 I haven't entered a Taiwan bank for many years, and I think it will take a long time to read the evaluation.
As a result, there were not many people who went there in the morning of 8/16 today. I think the service is equally good. The female clerk who helped me handle it is very kind and patient, and will remind me carefully. The processing speed is also very fast;
For people who haven't worked in the bank for a long time, there is no feeling of badness or unsuitability;
Also, attitudes are mutual, mutual respect is very important;

，一個比一個慢，只開2個窗口後面還有10多人等著辦理！此態度真的不可取！
警衛大哥真的很棒，是唯一一個值得比讚的人

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1/27換新鈔，真的是我遇過最最最慢的，外面大排長龍，行員還是一樣緩慢，疫情期間根本增加風險，等了超過一小時，以前沒這麼誇張；最裡面窗口換硬幣的小姐動作就很快，今年換人換鈔速度令人傻眼，浪費時間，真的需要改進；我覺得讓金管會適時關切一下該分行主管應該會非常有幫助。
