A few years ago, I went to the bank to exchange new banknotes, and suddenly had a low blood sugar attack. I also finished eating candy, so I had to squat and rest. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這家銀行行員都很親切，今天去辦學貸，有一個同學的行為真的嚇死人，說打電話問都沒有人跟他說要先線上填資料，還說打電話就是一種做功課的方式，這是什麼伸手牌思維，希望他不是淡大的學生真的太丟淡大學生的丟臉了

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去申辦學貸文件卻被告知說因為當初申辦學貸是不是本分行所以無法辦理文件叫我去原本分行打電話申請
後面知道這邊可以寫文件請他們寄到原本辦理的分行地方就好了卻故意不告知
後來有告訴其他人員時態度也不是很好結果文件拖了半個月都還沒用好感覺就是故意拖很慢讓我等
I went to apply for the student loan documents, but was told that I could not process the documents because I applied for the student loan from this branch. I was asked to go to the original branch to call and apply.
Later, I knew that I could write documents here and ask them to send them to the branch where they originally handled it, but I didn't tell them on purpose.
Later, when I told other staff, the attitude was not very good, but the document was delayed for half a month and it was not used well. I felt that it was deliberately delayed and made me wait.
