等了2小時終於輪到我申辦,新提款卡上的號碼印刷模糊不清,行員在我面前用麥克筆補上幾劃,要人將就,我表示這字跡會糊是不是能換一張,旁邊專員竟然發脾氣,很不甘願地叫行員再印一張....我以為很麻煩結果很快就好了。。。明明1分鐘可以解決的事情,是看不起人嗎?! 換作是你們會想要拿號碼模糊、塗有麥克筆的提款卡? 服務態度很差

今天去開戶,無論是服務導引或櫃檯承辦人員,皆讓我感受到專業及禮貌的工作態度,且環境整齊、乾淨又舒適。

行員態度差,辦個資料快2小時,行員不知道在忙什麼,對客人愛理不理,連保全都比你們行員客氣,做服務業這種態度真令人厭惡,連一顆星都不想給。。。

進來抽號碼牌,竟然要等20幾個人,動作有夠慢,服務台坐著4個人,只有一個人在工作,感覺人力配置錯誤。只是存摺無法補摺,也要等個1小時。

辦理速度非常慢,網路抽號碼排 前面等兩個人而已要耗20多分鐘,有的櫃檯明明沒人排隊遲遲不叫號,還有行員在慢慢喝飲料 走來走去???
