今年還把每一份單子都以A4尺寸的硬塑膠板夾好，配一支筆，很貼心的便民服務^^

我們只是個平凡的民眾，
一筆錢對我們來講就是救命錢，
一次一次銀行小姐有很多問題，
任何步驟都是跟著銀行小姐走，
辦這筆錢一年有了吧，
從龍山分行小姐辦不好，
客訴後幫我們轉到總行小姐，
總行蔡小姐處理後，
以為事情可以照他時間上面去領取，
結果今天去領取當下才說要護照，
現在疫情有不少人沒法出國，
護照難道不會過期！？
過期從辦不用時間！？
有那麼長的時間，小姐都沒有提到要護照
我只能說為什麼你們臺灣銀行
效率真的很差，辦事沒有辦好，
如果我們民眾什麼都知道要帶什麼，
需要你們行員幹嘛？
不要一直刁難我們一般民眾

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to exchange my IDR money to local currency after referred from the local branch. This is the main branch, that is why the building looks luxurious and once we get in, it's quite big. The staffs can talk English very well. It's located just near the Presidential Office Building.
