十幾個櫃檯卻只有一兩個專人負責開戶（其中一個還去午休）號碼牌拿到五位以後。
第10號櫃檯小姐與其他顧客服務時大聲攀談，帶有問題的意識形態，大肆批評政府年金改革的政策，不是不能講，而是太大聲，影響到其他人了，而且身為官股銀行，這樣的言論有無違專業與中立性還可討論。
總體而言環境不錯，開戶以外的業務效率都不錯，但是這一次給我的印象很差，請你們好好檢討。

All banks have some problems, but every bank of Taiwan branch that I have visited was marred by incompetence and rudeness ~ amazing! Slow to understand, inconvenient, and generally unpleasant. I've worked with many, many banks in Taiwan. This one wins the prize!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of what you need to do is on the second floor up the the stairs. No elevator seemed to be available. The motorcycle parking in front is always full. Simply to make a deposit has taken between 45 to 90 minutes. I have found the branch in JingMei to be much easier to do my banking.
