一樓開戶服務態度ok，但開戶時的單子印出來是斜的，真心覺得比郵局更沒制度，虧你們還是”臺灣”銀行

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 千萬不要來台銀開戶也不要來這一個分行，因為他們10個櫃台，只有3個櫃台會開，所以你一定要等很久，除非你很有空，不然真的不要來喔！

沒零錢可換的銀行，可憐。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務處的人員真的很沒有效率，有人想插隊也不管，速度慢就算了，態度是在不好什麼，就是不會才問的，不然以為服務台是用來幹嘛的，很不推啊，如果線上客服可以解決話，就不用去現場了，感受很差???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 如果不是為了公務，還真的不想把時間都浪費在等待，現在平日白天來 最少都要等40-50分鐘，櫃員人少就算了，有的還特別慢…慢。主管五大天王坐在後面，也不見他們關心排隊的民眾有多少。（照片還未包含站在旁邊等的人）
