★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務台人員只有ㄧ位，1個人至少要辦30分鐘以上，等候時間很久，很不便民，希望能夠加派人力，減少民眾等候時間。
There are only one person at the service desk, and one person has to handle at least 30 minutes. The waiting time is long, which is very inconvenient for the people. I hope that more manpower can be allocated to reduce the waiting time for the people.

Come here today to exchange new notes and prepare to welcome the new year. I saw the guard of the Bank of Taiwan. He seemed not young, but he was amiable. He greeted the crowds and was quite old. The old lady with limited mobility would also count bills in a loud voice (the old man’s ears are not good). She heard that the scenes of this scene, in the busy New Year, looked particularly beautiful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 只是要開個戶，已經在外等了2～30分鐘！總算要輪到我、結果開戶人員說她要去用餐、要嘛我再等她20分鐘、不然就先回去吃飯！然後整間銀行沒有其他人在辦理業務、卻沒有任何一位行員可以來協助開戶業務！

Just to open an account, I have been waiting for 2-30 minutes! At last it was my turn, but the account opening officer said she was going to eat. Why should I wait for her for another 20 minutes, or I would go back to eat first! Then there is no one else in the whole bank handling the business, but there is no clerk who can help with the account opening business!

Are the other staff all made of plastic?
