開戶要等超久,還沒有人引導招待,等號碼牌也沒顯示,很沒有效率,最好整天沒事再來辦,等2小時以上很正常!

2:30去開戶,抽號碼前面不到五個人,5:00才輪到我,後來才得知好像系統出問題無法開戶,為什麼不先告知一下等待的客戶,完全不聞不問,要是剛好資料不齊全,不就白等了

今天去把家裡清出的一堆硬幣換成紙鈔,男行員超有耐心,尤其我前面一位,換了三種幣值,我聽到都亂了,行員很仔細又耐心。 會詢問錢的出處,只是如果是不正當來源的人也不會說吧。

這間分行不斷拒絕民眾存一年期的定存,等待的時候就一直聽到民眾被告知只能存半年,輪到我母親時也一樣。 請問金管會是不是沒檢討過貴單位? 牌告利率一年期/兩年期/三年期放在那邊,卻拒絕民眾存款? 理由是資金過多? 你們不收民眾的存款,基於你們的地位,是合理的嗎? 到底你們是國營行庫還是民營銀行? 需不需要請金管會來重新定位清楚?
