只能說真的太不專業，銀行必須好好開會檢討，
沒效率 不專業 失敗

現在是13:50，櫃枱只有二位在辦公！整個大廳都是人，不知道主管知不知道這情況，既然閒著也幫忙計時一下，平均處理客户時間要15分鐘！看來有得等了……
