12/07來存第二次但行員冷漠的吳先生說要反覆寫三張資料（戶名、統編、電話、負責人、張數、加總金額）石器時代嗎？
我已經告知吳先生第一次來存入的狀況他依舊要求只能手寫三次重複的資料才能辦理。
自己懶的key in就說一聲，老鼠屎！
堂堂台灣銀行沒有SOP嗎？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 如果各分行外面的機器（補摺機）可以補摺，我還需要特地到櫃檯排隊處理嗎？已經很明確跟櫃檯的小姐說在外面的機器就是無法補摺（已不止試過一間的機器）請你協助，難道因為你櫃檯上的機器可以補摺，就說本子沒問題嗎？還說等我下次如果遇到不能刷再過去櫃檯處理⋯⋯當下聽到這句話真的很讓人無言耶！一開始不就是說的很清楚了嗎？就、是、不、能、補、摺，到底要去臨櫃幾次，當大家都很閒一直跑銀行嗎？
兩顆星是給號碼牌機器旁邊的保全大哥，態度很好，也很熱心協助在旁邊久等的客人。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Time travellers from the 1990s will feel very much at home at this bank - everything takes forever, and paper is the main medium of communication, with computers being only cautiously implemented for management positions, and only to play Solitaire. I would rather have a limb removed with a rusty saw, than come here again. Avoid like the plague.
