★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 感謝協助的呂小姐，方便即時正確解決問題2020.3.20早上10:20左右來銀行辦理開啟轉帳功能，原本的櫃檯小姐很努力想要辦好，但很顯然抓錯方向，且說要明天才能開通，因此很感謝後來主動協助的呂小姐，不但主動詢問需求，並且一步步告訴應如何完成操作，讓我成功開啟非約定轉帳，還多教我未來如何取號，更加方便省時，謝謝聰明漂亮的呂小姐。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 位於車站鬧區中心，週邊都不好停車，全部都要收費，但是因為附近交通便捷，建議不要開車前往。
空間很廣大，現場等候客人也沒有很多。但是我覺得等候區的座位，沒有很好。等候座位因為是一個平面的位置，沒有靠背，不是獨立座位，所以如果遇到水準不是很好的客人，還會常被他們接觸到。或者是有人在上面放了很多東西，佔用位置。
而進銀行的保全，還是站在門口的服務人員，好像不是很熟悉流程，講話也很不清楚，指引很不明確，所以導致要進門口的那個地方，動線有點打結。
櫃檯的服務人員，服務態度蠻親切的，動作也很快。

The security guards who enter the bank are still the service staff standing at the door. They seem not to be very familiar with the process, the speech is not clear, and the directions are not clear, so the place where you want to enter the door is a bit knotted.
The service staff at the counter are very friendly and fast.
