★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天用ATM遇到另一家銀行結帳問題所以多扣了我兩筆的錢但未吐鈔。心急的我立馬敲銀行的玻璃，裡面其實已下班。一位張一x小姐還有另一位本來在櫃檯的小姐（沒看清楚全名因為太著急）幫我先檢查機器是否有誤然後又幫我不厭其煩的打給領錢的卡的銀行。處理到好之後她們才下班。感謝她們的耐心以及親切又有愛心的服務。處理完後我的款項也被退回。真的放下了一顆心。非常好的永豐人員。感謝~
I encountered another bank checkout problem with the ATM today, so I deducted two extra charges but didn't pay out. In a hurry, I immediately knocked on the glass of the bank, which was actually closed. A lady Zhang Yix and another lady who was at the counter (didn't read the full name because I was in a hurry) helped me check the machine for errors, and then helped me to call the bank where I received the money. They don't go to get off work until they're done. Thank you for your patience and kind and loving service. My money was also returned after processing. Really let go of my heart. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看新聞說1/24開始可以領新鈔，昨天1/25來行員說他們只有1/26-1/28三天能領；1/26下午APP上預約取號&線上填單；去現場等號要輪到才知道竟然「沒新鈔」了？才第一天？下午2點？現在平時都網上操作難得去臨櫃還這麼落漆，後來3點多去華銀領到新鈔了。
