★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 來的時候警衛不在,一堆人沒有口罩量體溫都可以進來。
我自己先按了號碼後等了整整半小時,只看到 1-5 號櫃檯人員一直讓一些婆婆媽媽沒有領號碼牌就去找櫃檯辦事,完全忽略等叫號的人。1 號櫃檯人員辦事時也大聲唸出客人帳戶的金額,全部在等待的人都可以聽到。
後來警衛出現,去跟他反應等待時間,他卻很兇的說我自己按到要等很久的帳戶申請櫃檯,但我就是沒有要轉帳領錢為什麼要按轉帳的號碼牌?然後他收走了我本來的號碼,結果我本來的號碼被先叫到。
服務超差。雷到爆。
轉帳服務櫃檯的人倒是很親切。

Later, the guard showed up to tell him about the waiting time, but he said fiercely that I had pressed the account application counter, which had to wait a long time, but I just didn’t want to transfer the money. Why did I press the transfer number plate? Then he took my original number, but my original number was called first.
The service is terrible. It was so thunderous.
The people at the transfer service counter are very kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真心要幫這個分行說說話,這個在地分行開很久了,有很多附近的老客戶在這裡開戶,也常常有老伯伯老婆婆經過,就是要跟櫃檯小姐噓寒問暖一下,就是因為客人多,每天來銀行辦理的業務也多,有時真的要等一下,但是櫃檯小姐動作真的比附近銀行快非常多,所以我自己要去匯款都會運用永豐的APP線上取號跟先填單,可以看現場等的人多嗎?節省我等待的時間。今天現場看到有一位大嬸(之前我還上過這大嬸的禮儀課,真…忘了禮儀是什麼)因為等了15分鐘,而對櫃檯小姐還有主管咆哮,其實我心裏是暗笑她沒有使用現代化APP,自己不懂使用,本來就只能乖乖排隊,耍賴、咆哮、酸行員,只是讓人看笑話而已。
