疫情前信用卡到期,銀行都沒通知換卡或延長,今天打電話去詢問,轉了10幾分鐘,就是沒相關語音,也沒任何人員選項,聽到後面出現停卡選項,那就選停卡吧,對貴公司處理服務的方式,非常不認同 (抱歉此留言非針對東湖分公司,實在不知道去哪留,希望總公司能看到,錢的事情還是需有真人回應,且語音系統超差)

行政效率很差,從12點等到快12點40都還沒等到每個櫃檯都被開戶的客戶卡住,讓一般辦理簡單事務的人都在後面等,這個模式急需改善。
