我覺得開戶的那個櫃檯完全不行! 4/26後當日下午一兩點上班的那位 因為我主要為了投資要開戶, 可是我總覺得回來開完數位銀行一切問號 就好像我開完戶沒事一樣 我還要自己回來查詢要下載什麼app 然後我必須要注意什麼,跟一般戶頭差異 這些我在網路上有略看資訊 但就是因為太過於複雜我才到現場開戶 可是整個過程不到20分鐘,行員只是告訴我怎麼手機申辦,然後完全沒有跟我說任何詳細規則,包含各種好康!! 以及我之後連結數位證券戶又是什麼? 跟實體差異? 什麼都沒有講 到今天越想越不對,前一個月我在中信開戶也沒像你們這樣 他不是服務態度不好,只是我問問題都給我略減,沒有要好好解釋 也沒有要主動告知東西 讓我覺得行員好像沒什麼專業知識 我只好自己回來查...但就是查發現太多元,才想要到現場開戶 不然我會不知道網路可以開戶嗎?
