服務人員臉超臭,口氣差,態度又不好.....附近店家及住家都不少,可是有時銀行人員卻比顧客還多,難道主管都沒有思考過原因嗎?

今天去開戶頭,這應該是我開戶這麼多家銀行遇到最溫和,給人感覺最好的銀行行員,張玫瑛小姐給人的感覺很舒服.很好的體驗.

本來要處理外匯,結果行員連問都沒有直接把我台幣戶頭的錢匯去外幣戶頭,我問她怎麼可以這樣,她不打算回答我還一直迴避,後來只說了如果匯回來要我自己負擔手續費。一整個程序錯亂!

想辦理的其中一項業務是信用卡自動扣繳,服務我的行員先說網銀應該都是預設自動扣繳,我說明我已手動繳兩期了 旁邊有位站著的較年長的行員幫腔說我女兒的也是自動扣繳啊,它當初申請的時候好像會問吧,兩人就重複這兩個論點大概三四次,最後站著的行員還直接看著我我問「當初申請信用卡它應該有問吧」 我是不知道她是午休太閒還是職等較高才會這樣多管閒事,還管得這麼不得當。 總之我並不在乎她女兒狀況是怎樣,現在追問我當初申請有沒有被問,除了讓我很不爽之外顯然對事情也沒有任何幫助,那到底為什麼不直接幫我查詢確認並設定就好。 戶頭這麼多,我很少在其他銀行遇到這種服務流程。
One of the services I want to handle is automatic credit card deduction. The clerk who served me first said that the online banking should be automatically deducted by default. Now I am asking if I was asked about the application. It obviously didn't help me except that it made me very upset. Why didn't I just check and confirm and set it for me? With so many accounts, I rarely encounter this kind of service process in other banks.

附近還蠻好停車(機車)的, 裡面櫃台人員不多, 但是客人也不多, 所以還算沒有等很久, 但是如果客人多的時候, 可能等待時間就會比較久了. 服務人員態度親切, 對於年紀大的老人家, 也會耐心說明.
There is a good parking (locomotive) nearby. There are not many counter staff, but there are not many customers, so it is not too long to wait, but if there are many customers, the waiting time may be longer. The service staff is kind and patiently explained to the elderly.
