過來只是拿表單非本人沒關係
結果來了以後
說一定要本人才可以
打電話過去給家人沒接
就不給我表單
我說是你們客服說可以我才請假來
櫃檯回我「那你找客服給你啊」
哇～整個是在哈嘍？！
這樣的服務態度讓人感覺真的有夠差！
還回我「可以打0800申訴沒關係」
這間台銀人壽櫃檯人員
真的訓練有素～真的很訓練的很好?
這樣的客服和櫃檯兩種說法
導致我白白浪費請假一天
真的令人無法接受這樣的服務
