★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to play sports but it’s raining outside, Banqiao Civil Sports Center is a good place for you to go.You can play many kinds of sports there,like swimming ,basketball and so on.Additionally,the place is clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place to work out, swimming or join other activities. The gym is at 3rd floor. Variety of machinery for weight lifting and cardio activities. Staff is very supportive. Not sure about their English proficiency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very standard quality for a Taipei sports center. One hour of gym is 50TWD, 1,5h is 60. For student, one hour is 40TWD. The pool is, I've heard, a good quality but sauna is not very warm. The staff is friendly. At the gym, you use a card you get at the counter, you swipe it on your way in, and insert it into a slot at the gate on your way out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suggestion 1: Introduce some food and beverage services in the sports center. Had better not to be fast food restaurants or convenience stores.
Suggestion 2: The lane in the swimming pool is not wide enough. From my point of view, it’s narrower than other regular swimming pools and very easily to touch someone’s arms or legs when swimming across each other.
Overall, it’s a great place to exercise and the price is reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geez what can you say about this place. Old people will deliberately cut across 5 lanes to get in front of you and then complain when you crash into them. Lots of retired government employees use this pool because they get in for free during set times. Those times are really busy. Much like the Jiangzicui pool the staff will automatically side with the local when they make an argument against you. Whatever you do don’t swim fast in the fast lane.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The weight training room is somewhat less crowded than the other sport centers in New Taipei City. It also has fewer selections of equipment though. The staff is friendly.
