★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天早上電話進線請郵務人員幫忙，一位年紀聽起來大約30歲左右的小姐接聽態度不佳，請她幫忙查詢郵件她整個超不耐煩的！還說那你想我怎麼做，掛掉電話時還跟她說謝謝，她連一句話都沒說就掛掉電話。第一次遇到這樣的客服，說真的覺得很無奈。
 This morning the call came in and asked the postal staff for help. A young lady who sounded about 30 years old had a poor answering attitude. Asking her to check emails was very impatient! She also said what do you want me to do. When she hung up, she said thank you. She hung up without saying a word. It's the first time I met such a customer service, I really feel helpless.
