前不久收到別人傳的訊息,關於衛生所打疫苗的時間跟種類,當時是還沒開放1922網路預約,但是前幾天已開放網路預約,想說要去衛生所問一下原本每天早上排打疫苗等資訊是否沒變。下午約兩點多到衛生所,問了一個在進門處的女性工作人員,一般民眾非長者,打疫苗的相關資訊,一開始並沒有回答我,不久卻對我大喊,你不是來過了,你不是問過了。態度一副就是我是去亂的一樣,真是對民眾的一種羞辱。(我在板橋住了四五十年第一次進衛生所,還真不知道什麼時後去問過他了。另外就算有民眾去問過,難道不是很懂也不能再問嗎?) 不知這位女性工作人員是公務員還是志工。如果是公務員,所謂的公僕,在民眾請教問題時,可以這樣羞辱人嗎?實在很失格。若是志工,在妳沒有準備好服務民眾的熱忱前,請不要出來。

我是打兩劑AZ的民眾 我知道退掛造成很多困擾,我也知道你們都有說3劑打同樣的劑別效果不好,可是前面我會堅持繼續打AZ的原因是 1.大家都是求安全的,本人因為過年要返鄉確保安全才在時間打第三劑 2.上網預約的時候已經沒有其他劑別可以選擇我只能繼續打AZ 但是今天碰到的狀況是,前台的人都有告知上述事情卻沒告知你們1/27跟1/28可以現場排BNT,直到最後進去注射區醫生才跟我說有,一般打AZ的民眾聽到當然會想選擇換,可是你們前台似乎都不知道這件事導致我在等退掛的時候有人員一直抱怨一堆人退掛甚至問我的名字時口氣不好,我只能說內部資訊不對稱的事情請你們好好改善,再來就是為什麼BNT的是現場排而AZ的卻是1922上面預約?這也是一個我們大眾想知道的問題,希望貴方能好好重視這問題以免發生不必要的衝突,謝謝
