1.服務人員開場問：怎麼不在鄰近區辦理，特地跑到他處？
我實在不懂為何出言如此沒sense！？
2.專業人員缺乏應有專業知識，未釐清個人需求，而極力澄清本身職務範圍，甚至直接在服務場地大聲說明！？
我沒有耳背，我也不是刁民@@
一樣的問題，這裡無解！
至新莊就服站，人家問完重點就知道如何處理，所以貴機構人員素質有待加強！
