不少人在臉書上，尚能寫出頗有文采的短言，或上百字的小品文，但管仁健觀察，要他們寫作一篇1,000字的文字，卻難如登蜀道上青天；因為文章並非僅是文字的堆積，更得像拍電影般，規劃主題、結構，鋪陳文字敘述的節奏感。
在文經社擔任主編的管仁健直言，現在就連記者、編輯等「靠文字吃飯」的人，文字能力也江河日下；許多記者如果沒有公關提供新聞稿，連簡單的報導也寫不出來，而出版社想找作者也大不易，因為一聽到要寫個數萬字，便立即打退堂鼓。

It is difficult for publishers to find authors, because when they heard that they would write tens of thousands of words, they immediately retreated.

School landscape features: The tall kapok baby at the entrance of the school gate is a public art work in Xizhi District. The five tall kapok trees on the playground, numbered 651-655, are the precious trees of the Xizhi Railway. The school walls are beautified with colored railings, painted flag-raising platforms, school slogans and custom tree patterns, and a warm reception space.
