★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store has limited selection. Not only that the staff are just rude and that male staff looks stuck up and thy look at you like you are too poor to afford their brand. It’s not like I’m in an off white store. I was going to buy a tee and wanted to try it on but the stuck up male staff said no trying . I had the intention of buying until he said that. Please fire him and take action and please don’t come tq!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small store but friendly staff. Brought some friends here from the US that really like this brand. The staff spoke fluent English and were able to check clothing stock in the back pretty quickly when asked.
The store also has a currency exchange at the counter and the exchange rate between USD and NTD was surprisingly good compared to the airport or department stores around Taipei.
Nice clothing selection here but don't expect the prices to be substantially cheaper here because it's in Taiwan. For some reason other people believed clothes in the Taiwan location would be much cheaper with the currency exchange difference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are really polite if you approach them with respect. The music is fitting and the selection is pretty nice as well. Not a big store but you will feel satisfied with your purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great store BUT the staff were a JOKE. Acted all snobby but please you're only sales in a clothing store. No matter what brand you work for this is not an acceptable attitude. Again, you are sales that earn hourly, don't over overestimate yourself. Treat your customers with respect and always know that your customers are there to actually spend money which pays for ur wages. Male staff were both horrible, we had all the intention to buy but after their attitude we walked out without anything.
Train your poor staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agree with some of the existing reviews, the staff I had was actually helpful and nice. He patiently explained to me the tax exemption process and processed it for me. You can also find a great selection of glass frames here.
I like the clear separation between kids stuff and adult size goods.

Every time I walk in this shop, the staffs will look at you as if you're too poor to buy. Or maybe they just don't have enough rest and too tired to smile or talk nicely to you (seriously). Or maybe I don't look like I have enough money.
I love this brand, but I don't think I'll buy anything from here unless they have a better service attitude.
