★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1/17號去用餐，點了漢堡，跟薯條，偏偏運氣不好這兩樣都賣完了，服務人員告知我男友沒漢堡沒薯條需改成其它早餐，口氣與態度很差，體諒當天是假日店家比較忙，所以我男友摸摸鼻子就算了。
爾後我男友告知店家我們有兩杯飲料，其中有一杯想改成豆漿，直接被服務人員嗆「我知道，我有眼睛可以看」，哈囉！我想把飲料改成豆漿並沒有寫在菜單上，請問店家要怎麼看？通靈嗎？
我能體諒天冷要早起做生意很辛苦，也能體諒忙碌會讓人心煩，但既然是做面對客人的工作，態度方面還是要客氣一點吧？畢竟我們才第一次去，並沒有得罪過店家。
I went to dinner on 1/17. I ordered burgers and fries. Unfortunately, both were sold out because of bad luck. The service staff told my boyfriend that he had no burgers and fries and he had to change to another breakfast. The tone and attitude were very poor. The holiday shop is busy, so my boyfriend just touches his nose.
Later, my boyfriend told the store that we had two drinks. One of them wanted to be changed to soy milk. The waiter choked "I know, I have eyes to see". Hello! I want to change the drink to soy milk and it is not listed on the menu. What should the store think? Psychic?
I can understand that it is hard to get up early to do business in cold weather, and I can understand that being busy can be annoying, but since I am doing client-facing work, should I be more polite? After all, we only went there for the first time and did not offend the store.
