P	Paresh Mathur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Criminally under rated place in hsinchu. I went there with a group of friends and ordered many cocktails. The drinks were made with care and love, the bar tenders were passionate mixologists. It should be way more crowded than it was, I went there on a Friday night and there were only 10 patrons. Can be a little out of the way, as it's not near any of the regular bars I go to but your milage may vary.
A	Amanda Lin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the space but it is pricy. It doesn’t make sense for a bar like this to set a $300 minimum charge which we paid $600 for a bear and a coke. And after 11pm or midnight, they only offer 5 cocktails on the whole menu. It means no beer, no soft drink, but ONLY the five choices are available to order. Another does-not-make-sense rule, unfortunately. We had to leave cuz there is nothing to order for our driver.

They act like it through its name and approach, but they should be called Speak Shy and Hard, not easy. P.S. their Long Island is worse than at most places in Taiwan.
