★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful atmosphere. Vintage, metalic interior plus unmatched beer collection. The bar owner is also a friendly dude who travelled around the world and now brings world class hospitality back to his home town. The absolute highlight of my Taiwan stay this time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for a glass of wine. Ordered house red, which came absolutely freezing cold. That isn't why I'm giving 1 star... the wine tasted skunky. They said they had just opened a new bottle. The wine tasted like pure metal. We asked to switch for the white wine, they gave us a taste (it too was awful) and refused to do anything for us. If you're going to ask people to pay $170NT for a small glass of house wine... it should be drinkable. Poor service and poor attitude from bartenders. I won't be back.
