★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第二次來，換找 Emma 剪頭髮，成果很滿意，專注剪髮不聊天，會跟客人溝通並確認想要的型，而且馬上就知道客人要的樣子，下次還會再去。
但洗髮女助理洗頭會嚕額頭太癢、肩頸按摩太用力，不太舒服。
