Good value set lunches for the quality of the place and food, with very flavorful beef rolls the highlight of a course menu. Skip the dried fried rice and save room for dessert instead. High ceilings, 1980-1990 US soft pop soundtrack and attentive service fleshed out a pleasant all around experience.

Not impressed, extremely mediocre and underwhelming. Most dishes were plated poorly, there’s no aesthetic whatsoever with everything they served and the menu choices is limited. Service could be better and serving speed is alright. Nothing impressed me, the overall experience is just extremely underwhelming. This place doesn’t deserve the name “supreme.”

This place exceeded my expectations. 8 course set menu was well balanced and portions size was good. Not too big, although the rice as the second to last course was a bit too much for me. Food was excellent. Wine list limited but good quality and good price options. Service was excellent. Will definitely come back.

Not as terrible as some have said, but not that great either, especially for the price. Hunghua is definitely much better. The main cooking/eating area is cramped and claustrophobic. It's quite small, closed in, and does not allow much social distancing. I didn't really like the escargot appetizer, and the other choice, an egg dish, was just not appealing to me, and my wife called it strange. Corn soup was uninspiring. The fish entree was in an onion broth, and not so tasty to me. They did not have the ribeye steak that was on the menu, which we wanted, so we ended up ordering the much more expensive Wagyu steak. The Wagyu steak was quite good, but not the best. Strange that we were not asked how we wanted our steaks cooked. A first for us at any teppanyaki restaurant. I would have preferred slightly more well done. Fried rice was dry and had way too much onion. To make a reservation, we had to give a credit card number, and one day before, we got a message saying that if we cancelled, they would charge us 1,000NT per person. We thought this was really strange, and never experienced this before, even with much more expensive/higher end restaurants. A credit card to make a reservation?
