要購買班尼斯床墊的人,請三思客服的狀況。 就在剛剛,我被班尼斯公司的fb封鎖了... 原因就請大家評理。 因要購買新傢俱,在網路上也做了功課許久, 因為網友推薦鎖定了"班尼斯", 剛好連續假期,便與家人想說前往門市看看, 上網查了他們的公休時間表,新市門市沒休息, 於是從高雄前往。 我們在約6:30左右到,卻發現沒開, 便打電話詢問客服專線, 我詢問了:你們fb公告沒休息,那現在沒開,怎麼會這樣, 門市人員回覆:對啦對拉,就沒開!!!!!! 回程路上,在fb公休時間表下面留言, 說明他們公告根本不準之類的留言...。 後來家人上去看,跟我說,你有留言嗎?怎麼沒看到。 我再用我手機確認...就發現我完全無法留言了。 已被班尼斯強制刪除... (我沒給負評,僅在圖片下留言,但被刪除了) 於是打電話回客服專線詢問, 我:為什麼留言被刪除跟封鎖??? 客服:對拉,我們出來吃飯,那連假你們也休息。 我:那為什麼刪除留言跟封鎖??? 客服:就是公司那看到留言不好刪除什麼的。 我:我也只是留言你們沒開,那這是叫我不要買的意思??? 客服:公司是我們的,fb也是我們的,我們要怎麼處理就怎麼處理。 哇!!! 哈囉~老闆知道你客服是這樣做的嗎??? 還是你就是老闆??? 畢竟你們不差我這個客人,網路經營銷售那麼多是吧。 但,一個好的企業是永續經營,並不是一個留言不滿封鎖一個。 (個人淺見...會不會有些人留言不利貴公司的也都被封鎖拉!!!) 難怪fb都只剩下好的留言。 這樣的服務態度,如果我買了你家的東西出了狀況, 大概也都是消費者問題吧... 請大家購買前三思。 句句屬實,通話紀錄也能調哦~
