但是貨送到一樓，卻沒辦法確定送到的日期，已經特別挪出兩天的時間等床墊了，貨運物流延遲還要再延一天，說物流忙碌這是沒辦法的事情....
客人的時間也是時間，希望到貨時間能確定，以免時間空等浪費

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 試躺感覺很棒！而且慢慢躺都沒關係，老闆親切也不會趕人或不耐煩，也不會強推銷或催促購買，提問也會忠實的回答，還會教我們要搭配什麼樣的床架，不一定要買他們的但他都會告訴你怎麼挑怎麼買，不會打擾客人試躺的體驗。重點是工廠直營，價格便宜實惠！非常的棒！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老闆很差勁，在現場買枕頭有問是否能購買試躺，老闆很啊仨力說可以但是袋子不能拆掉，所幸我們也很快的決定，但回家後發現跟現場躺的品質差很多（絕對沒有拆袋），只好打電話詢問退貨，老闆竟然改口說要著收150$的費用又說枕頭我們沒有再給試躺的，那我幾個小時前聽到的是？說實話150$很少但感覺很差。
話不說清楚騙說會著手清潔費？我是不信啦！之前床墊也是這裡買的，本來覺得買過想回購，但為小利欺騙顧客真是可惜。
