The worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Several times they scheduled specific appointments to come to my house and I was there waiting, but they did not come - a complete waste of my time. They claimed I did not not schedule them, but I speak Chinese and I scheduled one; and my Taiwanese girlfriend scheduled the other. What a joke!
Many times they also promised to call me to schedule an appointment but did not, so I had to call back and chase them. They only reason I contacted them is because my landlord insisted upon it, but no more; I would rather have my AC rain water down on me while I sleep every night than have to deal with this company for a single further second!
