從台北來台中探望家人,車子後方突然出現可怕的摩擦聲。 上網查到這間修車廠立刻過去,師傅看得出來我們心裡很慌,立刻幫我們處理和找原因,也立刻發現問題,收費也相當合理,且師傅和接待小姐都很客氣,真是上天照顧,非常感謝專業的師傅們。 很推薦。

今日是~2020年09月30日 該公司有一位自稱阿添的大哥在發文當天有與我聯絡、詢問發文內容跟事件經過、並承諾要調查清楚並再與我聯繫,很可惜至目前為止完全沒再接到後續的聯繫了、另外維修後一直發現車輛冷車時行駛中控台會有流水滾動聲、這是尚未至該修車廠維修時沒有的狀況、維修後就有、其實當天交車我就發現了、但是師傅一直推託是本來就有的狀況、有去其他維修廠做檢查、問題可能是該公司更換水箱時、並沒有將水箱管路內的空氣排空、造成暖氣管內空氣跟水流動的聲音,目前還在持續解決中,別問我為何不回去該公司處理、說真的我已經完全失望、我寧願去其他地方花錢讓別人處理了,,以上言論我願負責。修車最怕一趟沒有修好、後續問題一堆、一直跑一直跑、無止境的感覺真的非常不好 是一個非常糟糕的維修經驗~本人於2020年08月24日前往維修車輛冷氣、更換冷氣壓縮機+散熱冷排跟其他週邊,貴公司於8月29日將車輛完修交付於我、離開貴公司後我發現、貴公司將我前檔玻璃下方排水槽拆開後並未將其回覆原裝,我立即聯繫貴公司廠長、並回到貴公司、但是貴公司師傅一直跟我說、這個排水槽本來就不該上膠貼合、我跟他說要回覆原狀也不甘不願、後來我乾脆將車駛離、自己前往其他汽車玻璃店家進行修復,另一個狀況是8月24日將車輛交於貴公司時、貴公司師傅檢修冷氣是要拆下進氣軟管、過程中也將進氣軟管造成損傷、我當下也有告知、一點損傷希望後面交車給我是能於與修復,誰知道回去看前檔排水槽問題時也發現這個進氣軟管並沒有修復而是這個折疊的狀態裝回去、我當下要求希望能簡單修復給我、誰知道,用熱融膠黏的亂七八糟、怕我發現還用黑膠帶纏繞、後續我嫌不好看想要重黏、才發現膠帶內根本就是一塌糊塗、最後我自己也花錢買一個原廠的回來更換了事,今天我想說的是、去貴公司花多少錢是其次、你們要把車回覆原狀交車本來就是你們最起碼的要求不是嗎、況且還標榜專門維修雙B車高級車服務、結果是這樣一個狀況把車輛交還給我、實在是讓人非常失望,也非常擔心在這次維修中看不到的地方到底還有什麼沒有完善到,真心希望不要出任何問題、非常不想要在回到貴公司了,能花錢解決的都是小事、重點是~這樣的收尾狀態實在讓人心寒

Who Knowing that when I went back to look at the front gear drain problem, I found that the air intake hose was not repaired but put it back in the folded state. I didn’t think it looked good and wanted to reattach it. Then I realized that the tape was completely messed up. In the end, I also paid for an original factory to replace it.
