★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These are substantial breads. They're not on the same level as hefty sourdough, but definitely not the typical soft Taiwan breads. Our favorites are the ones with cranberries and nuts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, as a person of German descent used to eating hearty bread as a child, I was shocked to find a place in Taiwan (the land of white bread sandwiches with the crusts cut off) with such diverse and delicious offerings. You can smell it a mile away and there's free samples. From the front you would think you are in Germany.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly service staff provides good introduction on the breads. Good varieties from soft to chewy. I like the breads because I won’t feel too much gas after having the breads.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cordial and friendly staff. The staff suggests going around the late afternoon. There's not much choice in the mornings.
You can smell the fresh bread from outside. They have an assorted variety of bread with English and Chinese descriptions on each placard.
They give a free small roll with each purchase.
