★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to develop your film. Colour negatives at around NT$100, black & white a little more expensive. Colour negatives takes only 1 hours to develop but black & white take a WEEK! The good thing is that, they cut your negative into neat film slot holders. The scans can be stored into CDs, USB flash drive, or even email to you if you don't want to come back for the negatives. All in all, great place. I developed 5 rolls with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry, but this place is far from 'best' for developing your film rolls. The standard quality of their film development is not that good, I don't know if it came from their film chemical, developing machine, or scanner they use. The price for film development is quite fair, but whatever your film is, it will came in yellowish tone and you got under 1MB file for your film scan, and if you upgrade the price for larger resolution (and size), it will come in .bmp and the file size is so massive (as I remember, I upgrade around 100NTD and got 45mb/file), so waste of space and uneffective.
For the film price is ridiculous as well, I suggest If you really into film photography, please do price reasearch before buying rolls here. I know all the film stock's price keep rising and rising, but please be a smart buyer.
Keep film alive and be wise on it. ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought a couple of cameras and a bunch of lenses and accessories from them over the last couple of years. are Although my Chinese is good, they are always helpful. If they don't have the gear I want in the store, they can get pretty much any camera or lens there in about a half hour, and the prices are good. They have a big selection of camera bags and tripods and other accessories as well, so I usually end up buying more than I intended. I've walked past or through most of the stores on Camera Street but this is pretty much the only store I buy from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Photo Ximen here was very convenient. Located near to Ximen station around 2 blocks, right after the Camera Street (Bo Ai Street). Miss Lin (maybe the owner) was very nice and helpful plus she can speak English. Usually they do develop and scan for around 1 hour (you can stroll around Ximending Walk Street) and go back again to collect the negative and canister. But, when I came here in Chinese New Year 2020 so that I have to wait for around 2 days but she guaranteed the files delivered by dropbox. Develop and scan for 100nt, and they can keep the negative and canister for 2 months. What I like is, the store also have rare film and also pro film collections. They also have analogue related equipments, moreover they have quick snap camera from different brands. #filmneverdies
