★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My personal trainer Candy is professional. She has great communication skills and designed the training program that fits my preference. I wanted to learn how to do dead lift and squat properly without injuring my back. Candy walked through the process and reminded me with encouragement. I couldn't ask for a better trainer. I recommend setting up classes with her! :) The gym is clean and at a convenient location in Center of Taipei city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym is an excellent place for training. The place is very comfortable and sparkling clean. The location is nearby the train station which is very convenient for people going there. Staffs there are pretty nice and friendly.
Doreen is a professional coach. She customized schedule for me. In order to avoid getting hurt, she always cares about my positions and my feeling.
If you want to have a great workout experience, you should come to this gym.
Highly recommend Doreen to be your personal trainer.

My girlfriend and I wanted to start taking fitness more seriously and to add it into our lifestyle, and we found that Beyond is a great place to do it. Candy is a great trainer: very supportive and English friendly as well. I've been able to build my foundation and learn all the techniques to be confident in the gym.
