環境整潔舒適的社區型健身房 教練和老闆人都很友善 雖然在地下室 但採光和設備都很齊全 很推薦來這裡運動

舒適的健身環境，月費公道，很多巨巨。

價格公開透明，場地雖然蠻小的但該有的都有。場地乾淨工作人員友善。一剛開始因為沒有跑步機不太習慣，但其實滑步機也充分可以達到熱身跟悠揚的效果而且比較不傷膝蓋。

Asked a staff member i recognized who was training next to me and resting between sets (checking his phone) if he could spot me for my final set on bench press (100kg big for me but he was twice my size, wouldn't have been hard). His response was a very unfriendly, "no". When I asked why not I was told "I dont feel like it". It's one of the only places you can do a monthly contract as opposed to yearly so that's great; however this is the first time I've ever seen someone so massive, who obviously loves lifting be unwilling to spot for 10 seconds to help someone trying to get big like them right beside them. That he worked there, was already on the bench beside me and and on his phone as well. Could have at least been polite. Couldn't be more disappointed. If I worked some place I would try to be friendly to paying costumers at the very least, and who refuses a spot for the person next to them? Been training for 15 years never said no to someone who wants a spot. I can spare 10 seconds of my life to keep someone safe. The staff here apparently cannot.

I entered the gym wanting to use it for one session (for NT$150), but the agent told me I'd also need to pay another NT$100 for a card. He recommended I buy a monthly membership to make the NT 100 price of the card more cost effective. While the gym is small, the equipment is modern, so I said I would buy a monthly membership very soon then buy the card at the same time. (I didn't have my ATM card with me.) But the management refused to let me work out for one session without also paying NT 100 for the card. So I left and went to the city sports center.

One of the worst gyms I've ever been too. Stayed for a month, left as soon as I could. The staff are extremely rude, especially the larger trainer with glasses. He treats the place like his own private gym. Putting down barbells on top of dumbbells other people need, using as much equipment and space as possible, working out directly in front of weight racks ext. Yet when he trains his clients he makes ZERO effort. I've watched him stare at someone well they are doing everything 100% incorrect and say nothing. If you can find somewhere else do it. Beyond the trainers the space is small and lacks vital equipment.
