★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the biggest mall with 8 floors. Lot of luxurious brands and quality product shops. I preferred window shopping because everything was expensive for me. Interiors and decorations are worth photography. It has a departmental store as well for convenience shopping. For shopping mall lovers, it is a must go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to shop in Hsinchu, wide variety of shops of all kind, and some around the building.
Huge food quart in the 4th floor.
Prices are similar to other places I tried in Taipei area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I play at hsinchu big city, and I got 1631 points.. I really like the whale stuff, I go to the counter and ask the prize of my points... The staff said, mei yo la means no more stocks,,, then I say aaa it's okey,,, I will earn more points to get 1800,,,,then I play again... When I go back again at the counter,,, there is one more,,,, oh my gosh!!! A liar staff! So disgusting!!! I feel a little annoying and angry!!!!and they are all laughing at me for no reason.... Really bad day.. I thought I will enjoy my day!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very big department with almost all the shops you can think of, even the movie theater. There are also lots of restaurants. Hope it can provide free WiFi. Also, hope there is more entrance to parking for motorcycles

there's also a live band last Sunday .
took only 15 minutes walking from Hsinchu train station.
