Food is good, typically Cantonese diner. Environment is soso.

Like the others mentioned, the food tastes OK. However, the place is quite dirty. I got explosive diarrhea couple of hours after eating there.

Really good place to eat HK food style.

You are here not for the services for the obvious reason. You are here for the real Cantonese food. Real taste with fair price. One of the best hidden gems in Taipei. Get the duck meat or any fried rice, they are the best.

On account of recommendation from a relative, bought take out roast pork from this place a couple of times before going there for lunch on a Thursday in Dec 2020. Common to a place of this ilk, the quality of the roast pork was inconsistent. In fact, it was the high quality roast pork bought during the first take out order that enticed me to partake more than once. The pork in the second take out order was below par but I was not deterred given the lingering taste left by the roast pork in the first take out order. There's a saying 'third times's a charm' but in my case the third time proved that I cannot possibly rate this place four stars. The roast pork served during the eat in lunch was pretty good although not as flavorful as the pork with crispy, non oily skin and tender, seasoned properly flesh in the first take out order. Both the skin and the flesh fell short. The braised pork and duck served along with the roast pork in the eat in plate lunch were about average as compared to other similar restaurants in Taipei. In summary, this place warrants a visit if you are into cantonese style roast pork. While the quality that I experienced varied from visit to visit, there's a chance that you may get lucky and the pork you get on the day of your visit could be worthy of four stars. Just be mentally prepared to be disappointed. That said, at NTD 110 a plate for that location, you won't incur much financial damage even if you are disappointed.
